About

I have lived my entire “adult” life in a college dormitory working in both Residence Life and college chaplaincy.  I like the term "dormitory" better than "residence hall."  I am addicted to schooling and have degrees in Religious Studies, Spanish, Divinity, and Practical Theology.  I got antsy after I was out of school for four years, so I am currently pursuing an MFA in Writing for Children and Young Adults from Vermont College of Fine Arts (the most wondrous degree on Earth).  I practice Reiki despite pretty strong skepticism that I'm doing anyone any good.  Though, I also write and minister under the same conditions.  I love my current home in Boston but will always be a Pennsylvania at heart.
